Refund policy

Digital downloads: cancellations and refunds

We want your printable pack to be useful. You may cancel your order within 14 days after purchase for a full refund, including if you have downloaded the files. Email writtenkept@gmail.com with your order number and a clear request to cancel. No physical return is required.

We will refund the original payment method without undue delay and within 14 days after receiving your cancellation request. We do not charge a cancellation or restocking fee. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.

If a file is missing, corrupt, inaccessible or not as described, contact us so we can help, replace the file or provide the remedy you are entitled to. This policy does not limit your statutory rights, including rights concerning faulty or misdescribed digital content.
